President Muhammadu Buhari will on Thursday pay a one-day official visit to Zamfara State.
A statement issued by the State Commissioner for Information and Chairman, Publicity Sub- Committee on the Presidential Visit, Alhaji Ibrahim Dosara and made to journalists in Gusau, confirmed the development.
The statement said that state government has made adequate arrangement to receive the August visitor, adding that, security agencies have mapped out necessary security measure to ensure a hitch free event during the visit.

According to the statement, wrong parking of vehicles are also not allowed, as Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC)’s operative have been directed to tow away all violating vehicles and profile them for prosecution.
It added that Gusau being the state capital will be closed to motorists for as long as three hours that the visit will last, adding that all motor parks in Gusau will be shut down until after the President’s departure.
