Nigerian Youth have been urged to Shun any act that can endanger peace and unity of the country.
A Senior Program Officer of a non-governmental organisation, Center for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) Ishah Garba made the call on Wednesday in Kano at a Public launch of a book, titled “Youth in Peacebuilding in Northern Nigeria.”
He described youths as the building blocks of every society noting that unless they are engaged in useful ventures and educated, the realization of a vibrant nation would remain futile.
Garba who noted that Nigeria is facing challenges occasioned by unemployment, lack of education, corruption, insecurity among others expressed optimism that the nation would one day attain the dreams of its founding fathers.

Solacebase reports that the book which was designed and launched with the support of MacArthur foundation as CITAD Urges youths to make good use of the book in order to promote peacebuilding that would engender social inclusion of youths in leadership positions.
