An Abuja High Court on Wednesday suspended Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The presiding Judge, Justice Danlami Senchi while delivering a ruling on an application for an interlocutory injunction, ordered Oshiomhole to step down pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his permanent removal as the APC chairman.
Justice Danlami Senchi said that the party wrongfully continued to retain him as its National Chairman while he is under suspension as a member of the party.
He, therefore, ordered Oshiomhole to step aside as the National Chairman of the party
The Judge similarly ordered the party to deny him access to the party secretariat.
