COVID-19: Kwankwaso Supports Kano With 60-Bed Isolation Centre
Former Kano State Governor, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has supported the state government in the management of COVID-19 patients with the contribution of Amana Hospital as isolation centre to aid the COVID-19 Management Committee to overcome this epidemic.
This was contained in a statement issued by Media Aide to the former governor and immediate Senator, representing Kano Central, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Saifullahi Hassan and sent to Solacebase on Monday.
Solacebase reports that Kano recorded its COVID-19 index case on April 11, 2020.
The statement said the Amana Hospital is newly built, fully equipped with 60-beds capacity, completed last month and it has not yet been commissioned.
It said the hospital is located on Miller Road, Bompai, in the State.
