Dandal Kura Radio International in Borno State, General Manager Alhaji Ibrahim Elhusain is dead.
Alhaji Ibrahim Elhusain died in Kano state at 3:30 am earlier on Sunday.
A statement issued by the Managing Director of Dandal Kura Radio International and FM 98.9 Maiduguri Alh Faruq Dalhatu confirms the death.
Solacebase reports that late Ibrahim Elhusain died at the age of 61.

The statement said the late Elhusain was a veteran journalist who immensely contributed towards the development of the profession and propagation of peace and stability in Nigeria.
According to the statement, late Alhaji Ibrahim Elhusain was a member of various professional bodies including the Nigerian Guild of Editors, NGE and the World Editors Forum WEF among others.
‘’The late General Manager will be remembered for his patriotism, professionalism, commitment and dedication to duties and responsibilities, said the statement.
‘’The deceased was survived by his wife, children, brothers and sisters and buried on Sunday in Kano, according to Islamic injunctions.
