Emir of Kano, Ibrahim Shekarau , fire, Aminu Ado Bayero, — The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero togehter with Malam Ibrahim Shekarau on his right and a palace guard on his left inspecting the damage caused by the fire.

His Highness, the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero and members of the Kano Emirate Council on Tuesday paid a sympathy visit to former Kano State Governor, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau at his residence in Kano.

SolaceBase had reported that the residence of Sardauna Kano, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau was gutted by fire on Sunday night.

The fire was said to have done a lot of damage to the house as the apartment of the former Kano Central third wife Hajia Halima and the fourth wife, Prof. Gaji Fatima Dantata were affected.

Among the early callers at the residence to commiserate with the family on Monday, was elder stateman and billionaire, Alhaji Aminu Dantata.
