Ganduje approves posting of 5 Perm Secs
Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has approved the posting of five Permanent Secretaries to Ministries.
Solacebase reports that four of the Permanent Secretaries were redeployed from some ministries to other ministries, while one newly appointed permanent secretary was posted to his new place of assignment.
A statement issued by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abba Anwar on Friday said all the postings are with immediate effect.
It urged them to work harder and prove their mettle, as he directed them to comply with global best practice in their new places of work.

The statement read, “As you are all aware, we have gone through your credentials before now, and found that you deserve these positions. You should therefore do your best to position the state civil service on a higher pedestal.’’
The statement said those posted are Mu’azatu Isa Dutse from Training Leave to Ministry for Special Duties, Sani Abdullahi Kofar Mata, a newly appointed Permanent Secretary, was posted to Ministry for Rural and Community Development, Kabiru Sa’idu Magami, from Ministry of Special Duties to Ministry of Youth and Sports.
It said others are Umar Usman Albasu, from Ministry of Housing and Transport to Establishment Directorate, Office of the Head of Civil Service and Ibrahim Ahmed Sagagi, from Ministry of Youth and Sports to the Ministry for Local Governments and Chieftaincy Affairs.
