GandujeGate : New Video Shows Gov In Black Kaftan As Daily Nigerian Denies Releasing Latest Clip
Another video has surfaced and currently trending on social media showing Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in black Kaftan allegedly collecting bribe from a contractor in the series of video clips claiming it was a total of $5m from various contractors.
In the latest video with audio , the governor was seen speaking with a person that was not shown but some bundles of dollars can be seen exchanging hands.
The Publisher of Daily Nigerian Ja’afar Ja’afar when contacted by Solacebase on Wednesday denied being behind release of the latest video.
Ja’afar Ja’afar said since he had appeared before the State House of Assembly with concrete evidence his online newspaper relied on for the publication , he has no reason to do any other thing for now.
The trending video from anonymous source on the internet shows Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje allegedly receiving kickback from contractors, speaking audibly on those who have paid and others outstanding.
The videos exposed the names of contractors, projects and the voice of the purported bribe giver. It also has the translation in English with dates and timelines.
Prior to the appearance of Jaafar Jaafar at the Kano State House Assembly, Daily Nigerian had published two videos showing the governor allegedly receiving bundles of dollars and putting them into his white dress known as ‘babanriga’ in the northern part of Nigeria.
Although not like the previous videos officially released by Daily Nigerian, the latest trending video is suspected to have been released by other parties who could have had access to them .
