Guild of Medical Laboratory Directors (GMLD) has expressed readiness to partner Kano State Private Health Institutions Management Agency (PHIMA) to enhance qualitative health services in the state.
National President of the Guild, Prince Elochukwu Adibo, stated this during a visit to the agency in Kano on Wednesday.
Prince Elochukwu Adibo said it would collaborate with PHIMA towards improving quality health care services in areas such as the fight against quackery, Data collection among others.

This was contained in a statement issued by PHIMA Head of Operations, Isah Isyaku and sent to Solacebase on Thursday.
‘’During the visit, the President expressed appreciations over the ES strategies in the discharge of his duties, adding that this is highly commendable by all standards,’’ said the statement.
According to the statement, PHIMA Executive Secretary Dr. Usman Tijjani Aliyu appreciated the visit noting that the agency will continue to partner with relevant organisations to health care services forward in the state.
