Gov. Ganduje’s Aide Resigns

An Aide to Kano state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Malam Ibrahim Khalil  on Monday resigned his appointment.

The Special Adviser, Special Duties to the governor, Malam Ibrahim Khalil resigned his appointment with effect from November 1 2018.

The letter of resignation dated November 1, 2018 did not give reasons for the action.

The Special Adviser who is also the Chairman of Kano state Council of Ulama appreciated the governor for the opportunity accorded him.

Although a government source told Solacebase that since the $5m bribery allegation against the governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje was published by an online newspaper, some aides to the governor have being feeling uncomfortable with the situation.
