A professional group of friends on Thursday supported Almajiris at an Islamiyya school at Naibawa quarters in Kumbtoso local government and 3 other Islamiyya schools at Brigade in Nasarawa local government areas of Kano State with goods worth over five hundred thousand naira.
The group that consists of young professionals from various field of endeavours chose to be anonymous.
They said the initiative is aimed at alleviating the challenges of the Almajiris in this harmattan period and the humanitarian activities are mostly conducted in Kano and Kaduna.
