The Institute of Sustainable Development and Management Science (ISDAMS), affiliated to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria has opened study centres in Kano State.
Solacebase reports that the institute has its main office in Lagos at No. 2 Sholadiran Street, Pipeline Bus-stop Esifo-atura, Badagry Express Lagos,
The Kano branch of the institute was initiated with collaboration between ISDAMS and Aminchi Microcredit Limited, a Kano based company into various developmental and infrastructural business ventures.
The collaboration was legalized on 25 of July 2021 with the signing of a tripartite memorandum of agreement between the company, the institute and the consultant.
ISDAMS is expected to start admitting students for various courses it offers by next month.

The courses offered include sustainable healthcare management, sustainable law and security management, sustainable agriculture and food security, sustainable education management, sustainable governance, and leadership management, sustainable information and communication technology and others.
This is also in addition to the various diploma, pre-diploma, advanced diploma, remedial studies, and other university foundation courses it offers that help students to smoothly transition to universities and other schools of higher learning.
The courses offered are targeted at sustainability, self-reliance and the need to fill gaps in the areas with the urgent skill need in the country and the world at large.
Also to address the inadequacy of study space in the available institutions and the mass failure of students in exams that allow for enrolment into universities, polytechnics and colleges of education.
