JUST IN: Justice John Tsoho Sworn In As Acting Chief Judge Of Fed High Court
Justice John Tsoho has been sworn in as Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High Court.
He was sworn in by Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad on Friday
The swearing-in took place following the retirement of Justice Adamu Kafarati on Thursday.
Kafarati retired upon the attainment of the mandatory retirement age of 65.
After Tsoho took his oath on Friday, the Justice Tanko Muhammad said it was statutory for the next most senior judge of the court to take over pending conclusion for the process of the substantive CJ of the court.
