JUST IN :Kano announces reopening of tertiary institutions

Kano State Government has approved the re-opening of all tertiary institution in the state from 18^th, January 8, 2021.

This was contained in a statement issued by Commissioner of Higher Education, Dr Mariya Mahmud Bunkure on Friday.

Solacebase reports that on 15^th December 2020  Kano, Jigawa and Zamfara in the wake of the abduction of 333 students from a secondary school in Katsina, in the North-west closed schools immediately.

The statement advised all students and staff to continue observing the COVID-19 Protocol.
