Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has announced 248 fresh cases of COVID-19 in the country.
Announcing the new infections on Sunday in a tweet, the centre said total coronavirus disease in Nigeria now stands at 4399 cases.

Solacebase reports that 778 patients have so far been discharged and 143 deaths recorded.
Meanwhile, NCDC said on the 9th on May, it announced 45 discharged cases & 4 deaths in FCT
However due to system error, 32 discharged cases and 2 deaths were wrongly announced, hence, FCT recorded 13 discharged cases & 2 deaths on May 9 2020.
