Six patients being treated for the coronavirus at the Infectious Diseases Hospital, in Lagos have recovered and will soon be discharged.
Special Assistant to the Lagos state governor on health, Mr Tunde Ajayi announced this on Twitter on Thursday afternoon.
According to the tweet: “Six of our #COVID19 inpatients have recovered and will be discharged soon. There is something Lagos is doing right. Lagos takes the lead.”

Solacebase reports that on Wednesday, Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC), announced five new cases of coronavirus in the country.

A tweet on Wednesday night from NCDC indicates that these include, 2 in FCT, 2 in Lagos and 1 in Rivers. With these Nigeria presently has 51 confirmed cases of the virus.
