The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday issued certificate of return to the Imo Governor-Elect, Senator Hope Uzodinma.
This is sequel to his declaration by the Supreme Court as the duly elected governor of the state on Tuesday.
The Supreme Court sacked Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and declared Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the duly elected governor ordering INEC to withdraw the certificate of return from Ihedioha and re-issue same to Uzodimma.
