Kano PDP dep. guber candidate’s wife dies, burial Thursday

The deputy governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections in Kano, Yusuf Bello Dabatta’s wife is dead.

SOLACEBASE reports that Hajiya Kauthar Yusuf Bello Danbatta died at the age of 38 on Monday, in Cairo, Egypt due to ill health.

Kauthar, a former teacher with Intercontinental School in Kano, until her death was a staff of the National Population Commission.

Speaking to SOLACEBASE, on her burial arrangement, the husband, Yusuf Bello Danbatta, a former commissioner said the funeral prayer would hold at the Emir of Kano’s palace by 4.00 pm tomorrow, Thursday.
