Kano State Government has confirmed 17 new COVID-19 cases out of 639 samples conducted.
The State Ministry of Health announced this on Thursday in a verified tweet.
It said 7 patients that tested negative twice have been discharged.

Solacebase reports that total sample test conducted in Kano is 38,142 with total confirmed cases pf 1,661 and 287 active cases.
Also, 2,320 cases have been discharged and 54 deaths recorded.
