Man refuses to accept court summon, stabs clerk to death-Police
Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 43-year-old man, identified as Linus Dimas, who resides in Kugama Wuro Jibir, Mayo Belwa Local Government Area.
Dimas allegedly refused to accept a court summons served on him by Yauba Usman, a staff member of Nasarawo Jereng Area.

In a tragic turn of events, however, the suspect reportedly stabbed Usman multiple times with a knife, causing him severe injuries.
After being rushed to the hospital, the court clerk later died.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Sulaiman Nguroje, made this known in a press statement on Tuesday.
The Commissioner of Police, Afolabi Babata, has ordered a discreet investigation into the case.
