The Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal is currently hearing the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party against the election of Governor Abdullahi Sule of the All Progressives Congress.
The Tribunal had earlier on Monday dismissed the preliminary objections of first, second, and third respondents against PDP’s petition.

According to the tribunal record, the First Respondent is INEC, second respondent is Governor Sule, and the third respondent is APC.
The Petition scaled the preliminary objections by the respondents and the tribunal is now looking into the merits of the petition.
Meanwhile, the tribunal dismissed the Petition of the New Nigerian Peoples Party against the Election of Governor Abdullahi Sule.
It struck out the petition of non-qualification filed by NNPP against Governor Sule.
