PHOTOS: Lawmaker dumps NNPP for APC in Kano

Lawmaker representing Gwale constituency at the Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Yusuf Babagida Dawo Dawo has dumped the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) for All Progressives Congress (APC).

SOLACEBASE reports that the lawmaker defection was announced at the Kano State Government House on Monday after a discussion with governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje in company of the APC state Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas and the party deputy governorship candidate, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo.

Yusuf Babagida said his decision to dump the NNPP is due to injustice and undemocratic acts in the party.

He promised to work for the success of the All Progressives Congress during the general elections at all level.
