Super Falcons player, Christy Ucheibe says ‘she’s proud to represent Nigeria’
Christy Ucheibe has said she is honoured to get the opportunity to play for Nigeria.
Ucheibe is among the players that made the Super Falcons squad for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

This will be her third appearance at a major tournament after featuring at the 2022 WAFCON and the 2023 FIFA women’s World Cup.
She said; “Excited and proud to be selected for my first Olympic Games. Always honoured to represent my country!”

Among notable names in the squad are Asisat Oshoala, Rasheedat Ajibade, Toni and Nicole Payne, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Osinachi Ohale and Michelle Alozie.
The Falcons will face Brazil, FIFA women’s World Cup champions Spain and former world champion Japan.
