Terrorists attack mosque, Kill 2, abduct scores in Kaduna

Terrorists have stormed a mosque in Kimbi village near Randagi in western part of Birnin-Gwari, in Kaduna State killing two people, including a mobile policeman.

SOLACEBASE gathered that the sad incident occurred Sunday night inside a mosque during Insha’i prayers, around 7.40 pm -killing one of the brave Locals Ayuba labour and a mobile policeman  who tried to prevent the attack.

A statement issued and signed by Chairman , Birnin Gwari Vanguard for Security and Good Governance, Ibrahim Abubakar Nagwari, on Monday, said the terrorists also abducted an unspecified number of  people in the village.

‘’Some of the wounded are receiving treatment at Jibrin Maigwari General hospital, Birnin-Gwari and the PHC clinic at Randagi,’’ the statement said.

Western part of Birnin-Gwari hosts Kamuku forest and neighbors Kuyanbana forests as well as Mashigi corridor to the tick forest of Bena in Kebbi State where notorious terrorists Dogo Gide, the kingpin that forcefully married FGC Yauri Girls.

The Police authorities are yet to comment on the incident.
