UPDATED: Appeal Court reserves judgement in Kano APC crisis
The Abuja division of the Court of Appeal has reserved judgement in the appeal filed by the Abdullahi Ganduje faction of the All Progressive Congress APC in Kano against Ibrahim Shekarau led group.
The court on Friday took the briefs and objections of the parties in the suit and reserved judgement for the three appeals.
Recalls that an FCT High Court had upheld the parallel ward and local government congresses conducted by the Senator Ibrahim Shekarau led faction as against that of the Governor Abdullahi Ganduje group.

The congresses produced Abdullahi Abbas from the Ganduje’s side as Chairman and Ahmadu Haruna Danzago as Chairman from the Shekarau faction.
Dissatisfied with the court rulings , the Ganduje led group filed 3 appeal at the appellate court.
