SOLACEBASE had reported that Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje filed a suit in March, 2023 and served EFCC on June 5th asking the federal high court to grant him perceptual injunction against the commission from probing him on the dollar videos.
However, speaking on Trust TV’s Daily Politics, Rimin-Gado, who was removed by Ganduje after moves to investigate the state former first family over alleged financial misappropriation, but was reinstated by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, in compliance to court order, said the probe was necessary.
