Recent events in Kaduna state where the state government was in a showdown with labour forces who demanded the reversal of the unpopular policy of random sacking of workers by the state government.

The peak was reached when El-Rufai’s government sacked thousands of school teachers working in the state, followed by various other sacking sprees of thousands of workers, by the matrix he has now succeeded in sacking more than twenty thousand workers who were sacked without the employer’s remorse to their lives challenges and what awaits them in future without a source of livelihood.

From the table comes the last resort in which NLC took the decision to engage in a lawfully approved protest, of course, Nasir El-Rufai is a man of strong head and unremorseful.

First, the Governor condemned NLC’s action on embarking on the strike with a precise and uncompromising stance that NLC’s action will not change the situation and the position of his government on the sacking saga.

On the second day of the strike, El-Rufai declared Ayuba Wabba a wanted man, attaching a bounty for any information that may lead to his arrest, which NLC subsequently dared the governor by taking the protest to the doors of the government house as reported by various mainstream media.

The Carnage caused by El-Rufai was not enough because, on Tuesday, he sacked level 13 downward of all the health sector workers found in the state because they joined the strike, blaming them or possibly framing them as heartless, for as the governor alleged that they removed an oxygen mask from a newborn baby, a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

On the same day, he sacked University lecturers who equally joined the protest through the instructions issued by ASUU for all members to cooperate with the NLC.

El-Rufai is a non-reformist radical who sees himself as the only king requiring the loyalty of all. It’s just that we have a short memory, otherwise, we would’ve remembered El-Rufai during the past government of Olusegun Obasanjo, the young Turk as he proudly referred to himself, meaning an uncompromising being. During those days El-Rufai desecrated the law by flaunting court orders to the dustbin, breaking the law whenever it does not suit him.

He brought every building down whenever the Court of law says the building should stand in Abuja that time, he was even proud of his actions and dominates the news with only negative popularity, this is a trend already recorded on his page in the history book that never forgives and never forgets.

NLC forgot to study this aspect of el-Rufaism – a system of barbarity and heartlessness in running a government, he seems to need the attention of both scholars to school him on the matrix of microeconomics, where government intervene to solve a social problem for example unemployment without making any material profit and a psychiatric doctor’s attention to examine him and certify if he is in the right order of the mind or not.

Been that civil service is not a private sector, ElRufai shouldn’t complain because the government from the origin, employ the citizen in order to solve the problem of unemployment and social tension especially during the first republic where government work is the only available white-collar job for the willing citizens.

What I believe El-Rufai should do now is to show managerial ingenuity by instituting reforms that will make the civil service more robust and productive than complaining about his inefficiency in turning the Kaduna state civil service into a required energetic system that will not remain a burden to the state.

We should wait and continue to see how El-Rufai will remain adamant to any request for him to rescind any decision he made, either good or bad, El-Rufai will continue to complicate the issue because he will not only refuse the APC’s Governors call for negotiations but that of the president and that is what the NLC doesn’t know about Nasir El-Rufai.

If the whole country will stand by the left, El-Rufai will stand by the Right and he will even be smiling figuring out from where to kill next. El-Rufai by now should be in our black book, he should never be allowed to hold any political or government position in the future because he never loves the poor and will never do.

Of recent, he said, after his tenure, he will leave the state, meaning he will abandon the people he obliterated to die in misery after taking their houses and their jobs. I’m not surprised, because El-Rufai operates on the operational principles of Ghengis Khan, whilst Khan made sure he killed all people in any city within his path including animals and all living things on the war tactics that the next city on learning what happened there, will pack and move on, Nasiru El-Rufai, on the other hand, operates on the same principle by not using weapon this time around but using Might to subjugate, torment and oppress the people. Thank God it is a democracy where the people are sovereign, we shall get ready not only in Kaduna but across Nigeria.

It’s time for real change that has to do away with bad leaders like El-Rufai who chose to destroy than to build our citizens lives.
