The wife of the President Hajia Aisha Buahari has called on Nigerians to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari in the February 16, 2019 Presidential election so as to sustain the gains of the administration.
Speaking at the official flag off of the 2019 general election campaign for women and youth for the North West zone held at Sani Abacha Indoor Stadium, Kano, Aisha expressed optimism that her husband would win the 2019 election.
She assured that the President would not disappoint Nigerians, noting that the country is set to move to the next level
Aisha noted that Buhari is very much committed to the Nigerian project, so as to lift it to greater, where all category of Nigerians would have food on their table.
In a remark, Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje assured the president that Kano would be delivered to him come February 16.
Dignitaries at the rally include former Governor of Akwa Ibom, Godswil Akpobio, former Lagos State Military Administrator, Brigadier-General Buba Marwa, and many others.
