The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) , Senator Abdullahi Adamu, has rejected the list of principal officers announced by the leadership of the National Assembly, Godswill Akpabio and House Speaker, Tajudeen Abbas, on Tuesday.

Senator Abdullahi Adamu at a meeting with the Progressives Governors’ Forum led by Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State in Abuja, said the National Assembly breached protocol by announcing the principal officers without the knowledge of the party.

He said, the national headquarters of the party, the National Working Committee has not communicated the choice of offices yet.

Meanwhile, Governor Hope Uzodimma said the party will address the communication gap to resolve the matter.
