The Kaduna division of the Court of Appeal on Monday reserved ruling on a suit filed by Kano PDP governorship candidate, Abba Kabir Yusuf challenging the electoral victory of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
Solacebase recalled that the governorship election petition tribunal headed by Justice Halima Shamaki had on October 2 upheld the electoral victory of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
The PDP and its governorship candidate Abba Kabiru Yusuf, not comfortable with the judgment appealed the ruling.

The five-member panel of the appeal court led by Justice Tijjani Abubakar after listening to the argument of the parties said the date of judgment would be communicated soon.
Counsels to the PDP and its candidate Abba Kabiru Yusuf the appellants was led by Adegboyega Awomolo SAN, while the first respondent INEC, was represented by Barr. Joseph Dawudu SAN, the second respondent was represented by Offiong Offiong SAN, as Barr. Alex Iziyon SAN represented APC.
The other judges are , Justice Paul O. Elechi, Muhammad Mustapha, G.O. Kolawole and Abubakar Umar
