BUK dismisses alleged plan resumption of academic activities

Management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has dismissed information circulating that the institution was set to resume academic activities.

SOLACEBASE reports that the university said its attention has been drawn to a fake and unfounded information circulating in the social media, announcing the resumption date of the institution.

This was contained in a statement issued by Lamara Garba, Deputy Registrar, Public Affairs, on Monday, in Kano, advising students, parents and the public to disregard such information.

The institution, he said, had not announced any date for resumption.
