Solacebase recalled that an order was reported to have been issued by a High court sitting at Maitama for accelerated hearing of a suit filed by a group under the auspices of Incorporated Trustees of Hope Development and Empowerment Foundation versus Kano state government, APC and Dr. Hafsat Ganduje.
The suit was marked cv/344/18 while the motion ex-parte was marked M/887/18.
