Kano State Government has confirmed 16 new cases of COVID-19 out of 713 sample test conducted in the state.
The state ministry of health announced this on Friday in a tweet at exactly 10.25 pm.
According to the tweet, 14 patients that tested negative twice were discharged on Friday.

Solacebase reports that total sample test conducted was 38,855 while total confirmed COVID-19 cases stood at 1,677 and active cases rose to 289.
Also 1,334 cases were discharged and 54 deaths recorded.
