Daneji Amintacciya Foundation has congratulated Alhaji Ahmad Idris on his reappointment as Accountant General of the Federation.
A statement issued by the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the foundation Alhaji Mutari Dangana in Kano on Friday described the reappointment of Alhaji Ahmad Idris as a clear manifestation of his sterling performance and prudent management of government resources.
The statement quoted Alhaji Mutari Dangana saying Alhaji Ahmad Idris is a thorough breed accountant as he spent decades in the profession both in private and public sectors.
According to the statement ,’’Alhaji Ahmad Idris has performed excellently in facilitating full implementation of federal government policy on Treasury Single Account and hoped that he will do same in financial autonomy of local government councils as proposed by a Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
Alhaji Mutari Dangana Prayed God to guide Alhaji Ahmad Idris in discharging this challenging assignment devoid of any hiccup so as to prove detractors wrong.
