The Emir of Kano Alh. Aminu Ado Bayero is expected to lead the first prayer at the NASRUL-LAHI-L-FATIH Society ( NASFAT) newly built ultra-modern mosque in the state after the eid El-Kabir festivities.
NASRUL-LAHI-L-FATIH society NASFAT North West Zonal Chairman Alh. Kazeem Taoreed announced this after the Emir who is also the Amir Kano Turbaned the Zonal Missioner of NASFAT, Ustaz Ishaq Zubair and Abdullahi Ibrahim Abdulwahab as Imam and Deputy Imam respectively.
A statement issued by the Media Adviser to the Zonal Chairman Toheeb Jaiyeola and sent to Solacebase on Sunday said the ceremony was held at the Emir’s palace.
According to the statement, the Chief Imam of Kano Prof. Sani Zaharadeen conducted the competency test for the duo to reconfirm their capability for the post of Imam and Deputy Imam.

It said Ustaz Ishaq Zubair and Abdullahi Ibrahim Abdulwahab were later presented to the Emir for recognition and approval after the rigorous testing process.
‘’On approval, the Emir admonished all to be above board and reconfirmed that the Emirate is well pleased with NASFAT as an Islamic organization,’’ said the statement.
‘’ After prayers at the Emir’s palace, the newly turbaned Imam and his Deputy were taken to the emirate secretariat and their names registered with the registry. ‘’
In a similar development, the District Head of Fagge, Alh Mahmoud Ado Bayero has congratulated NASFAT for living above expectation and upholding the Islamic doctrines.
Solacebase reports that the Emir recently gave approval for the observance of Jumaat services and other Islamic activities at the mosque.
