Ganduje Appoints Abdullahi Pakistan, Chairman, Kano Pilgrims Board, Gali Sadiq Radio Kano MD, Others
Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on Monday appointed Board members of some government agencies, heads of state-owned media organisations and members of the Kano State Hajj Affairs Tribunal, among others.
The Board members of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Kano State Hisbah Board, Heads of Kano Sports Council, Research and Documentation, Kano State Investment and Properties Company (KSIP), Kano State Library Board are among the new appointments, which are with immediate effect.
A statement signed by Chief Press Secretary to the Kano State Governor, Abba Anwar said while commending those that got renewal of appointments in their respective offices, for discharging their duties diligently, during the first tenure in office, he called on all appointees to remain focus in discharging their responsibilities.
“This government has a focus. And we believe in scientific planning of our responsibilities for the proper execution of both ideals and ideas, for the overall development of the state. All appointees should take it at the back of their minds that our government is people-oriented and should remain so,” he explains.
