Ganduje Appoints New MD For Kano Zoo

Kano State Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Umar Yusuf Umar as Managing Director of the State Zoological and Wildlife Management Agency.

This was contained in a statement signed by state Commissioner of Information, Youth and Culture, Malam Muhammad Garba

It said the appointment is in recognition of his academic accomplishment, competence,  proven integrity and ability to contribute to the development of Kano State.

The statement noted that Governor Ganduje therefore,  enjoined the new Managing Director to bring his wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom to bear  in the discharge of the new assignment.

It added that the appointment takes effect from Thursday, 20th December, 2018.
