Ganduje Swears In New Deputy Governor

The new Kano state Deputy Governor Alhaji Nasiru Yusuf-Gawuna was on Wednesday sworn-in at a ceremony presided over by Gov. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

The event was conducted at the Coronation Hall, Government House Kano, attended by thousands of supporters.

Alhaji Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna,who was earlier presented for  screening and recommendations at the state house of assembly  was confirmed yesterday.

The State Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General of the state Barrister Ibrahim Mukhtar, swears in Alhaji Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna in the presence of the state acting chief judge Justice Nuraddeen Sagir Umar

In his remark the state Govenor Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, called on the new deputy governor to discharge his duties diligently and abide by the rule and regulations that guide his official conduct .
