Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has approved the appointment of Malam Hisham Habib as Acting Chief Press Secretary pending the return of his spokesperson Mr. Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa who will depart Nigeria to lead the 2023 Hajj Operation Media team.
