Gov. Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has approved the reinstatement of Barr. Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado as Chairman of the Public Complaints and Anti Corruption Commission, PCACC, to complete his tenure.
SOLACEBASE reports that this is sequel to a National Industrial Court order for the government to reinstate him describing his removal from office unlawful.

It could be recalled that Barr Muhyi was suspended from office by the previous administration in questionable circumstances over moves to investigate the first family in an alleged financial impropriety.

A statement issued by Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa , Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, on Wednesday said the reinstatement is with immediate effect.
