A young boy of 10, Ridwan O. Alaro is battling with the tetralogy of Fallot (hole in the heart )and needs the assistance of N4m for the treatment of ill-health.
Ridwan O. Alaro, a primary 4 pupil, in Ilorin, Kwara State, was diagnosed of the disease at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH).
Speaking to Solacebase on Sunday in tears, the mother of the boy, Mrs Abimbola Aliu Alaro said with the present situation of the ailment, Ridwan cannot take a walk for ten minutes as it has affected his breathing also.
‘’The families have been running from pillar to pole trying to raise the N4m for the surgery and medical care which has not been easy to come by.
‘’We cannot afford the amount for the treatment at all, I am appealing to people to kindly support my son to survive this ailment,’’ the mother begged.
