JUST IN: Buhari decorates new Service Chiefs

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday decorated the newly appointed Service Chiefs with their new ranks. The President was assisted by his deputy, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

President Buhari’s aide on New Media, Bashir Ahmad announced this in a tweet on Friday.

President Buhari charges the new Service Chiefs to keep in mind that the nation is looking to them for rapid relief.

‘’They must identify competent officers irrespective of seniority and paper qualifications, and work with them to secure the country.’’

Solacebase reports that the new Service Chiefs were on Tuesday confirmed by the Senate after the request of President Muhammadu Buhari was received.
