A Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday sentenced a former Public Relations Officer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh, to seven years in prison for money laundering.
The presiding Judge, Justice Okon Abang convicted and found Olisa Metuh guilty on seven counts filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The former spokesman of PDP was arraigned by the Federal Government in 2016 on allegations of unlawfully receiving N400m from the office of the then National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd) who is presently standing trial also.
