The Managing Director of Kano Zoological Garden, Alhaji Usman Gwadabe, has confirmed that a team of experts sedated the escaped Lion from the zoo on Sunday.
Alhaji Usman Gwadabe told Solabase on Sunday that the Lion has been sedated by the experts with the support of Police and other security personnel.
He said efforts are on to take the wild animal into its cage.
Many of the residents in the area of Zoo road, Kano metropolis are in panic as most shops and residences remained locked
