Kano State Ministry of Health has confirmed 55 new cases of COVID-19 after sample test of 1,672 conducted in the state.
The ministry stated this on Friday night at exactly 9.45 pm in a tweet.
The tweet said 36 patients who tested negatives twice have been discharged.

Solacebase reports that total samples test recorded is 20,649 with total confirmed cases of the deadly disease standing at 1,386 and active cases of 262.
