JUST IN: Nigeria confirms over 54,900 COVID-19 cases with 3 new deaths

Nigeria has recorded another 162 cases of COVID19 and 3 deaths in the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control ( NCDC) announced this on Saturday in a tweet.

The tweet said so far, 54905 cases have been confirmed, from the sample results of 420,543.

According to the tweet, the 162 new cases reported from 15 states including the FCT are- Lagos (53), Gombe (21), Oyo (19), Delta (12), Ondo (11), Plateau (10), Ebonyi (9), FCT (6), Kwara (6), Kaduna (5), Rivers (3), Ogun (2), Anambra (2), Imo (2), Ekiti (1).

Solacebase reports that 42922 cases have been discharged and 1054 deaths recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
