JUST IN : Nigeria COVID-19 cases exceed 20,000, with 436 new infections
Nigeria has confirmed 436 new cases of COVID19 with 12 deaths in the country. Solacebase reports.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control announced this in a tweet on Sunday night.
It said total confirmed cases of COVID-19 so far in the country is 20, 244 after sample test of 113,575
The tweet stated that 6, 879 patients have been discharged and 518 deaths recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
It added that 19 states including the accounts for the new disease.
