JUST IN: Police rearrest Oyo suspected serial killer,Sunday Shodipe
The Police have rearrested Oyo suspected serial killer, Sunday Shodipe.
Oyo State Command, Police Public Relations Officer, Gbenga Fadeyi confirmed the development to reporters on Sunday.
However, Gbenga Fadeyi did not give details of where the suspect is being kept at present
Recalls that Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, had dispatched additional investigative aids to Oyo State, including crack detectives to track down the fleeing serial killer.
Solacebase reports that the Police in Oyo State had promised to reward anyone who avails the State Command of useful information that will lead to the re-arrest of a suspected serial killer, Sunday Sodipe with N500,000.
Also, the fugitive, who is the prime suspect in the multiple murder of innocent citizens at Akinyele Local Government Area, Moniya, Ibadan, Oyo State, had escaped from police custody in suspicious circumstances.
