Kano State High Courts are to embark on its annual vacation for year 2021.
Solacebase reports that this is pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Hon. Chief Judge of Kano State, Justice Nura Sagir Umar by Order 45 Rule 4 (d) of the High Court Rules 2014 as applicable in the state.
This was contained in a statement issued by Kano Judiciary Spokesman Baba Jibo Ibrahim.

The statement said the conventional Superior Court, High Court Of Justice, Kano, 2021/2022 Annual Vacation will commence on 23rd August, 2021 and end on the 3rd day of October,2021.
‘’Hon. Justice Nura Sagir Umar ( CJ) is to serve as vacation Judge number 1, while Hon. Justice Dije Abdu Aboki and Hon. Justice Sunusi Ado Ma’aji are to serve as vacation Judges number 2 and 3 respectfully,’’ said the statement.
