Kano LG Election: APC Candidate, Ramat wins Ungogo Chairmanship
The All Progressive Congress (APC) Chairmanship Candidate, Engr. Abdullahi Garba Ramat has won the Ungogo local government council election in Kano State.
Solacebase reports that the Kano State Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC) Returning Officer in the area, Safiya Aliyu Saleri, announced this at the council secretariat on Saturday.
Solacebse reports that the local government election was held across the 44 local councils in the state on Saturday.

She said the APC candidate scored the highest votes of 142,731 to defeat 8 other candidates in the election.
Safiya Aliyu Saleri said with the results, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Candidate, Hon. Ibrahim Bashir was the closest with 2, 948 and the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) Candidate polled 1,302.
